These terms cover the knowhere.live website and the invite request on it. Knowhere is operated by JT Archie. By using the site you agree to what follows.
A description of Knowhere, a few worked examples, and a form to request an invitation. Knowhere itself is rolling out by invitation and is not yet generally available.
Requesting an invite does not entitle you to one. We may send invitations in any order, or not at all, and we may change or discontinue the site or the product at any time without notice.
Use it normally. Don't submit addresses that aren't yours, don't automate the form, and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.
The location briefs published here are illustrations, not advice. They describe real addresses and were generated from third-party data at a point in time. They may be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong.
Knowhere's answers derive from openly licensed geographic data contributed by the public. Coverage varies by region, records go stale, and some things are never mapped at all. Counts and distances should be read as measurements of the data, not guarantees about the world.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of this site — including any decision made in reliance on information published here. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
